Happy Birthday Maxwell!!

It was one year ago today that our little man was born. He has made the last year absolutely wonderful. We cannot imagine life without him. To celebrate, here are some pics from the day he was born. So little!

Wild Wild Loosbrock Ride

Don't blame me for the title, Pete's special wedding day gift was titling the blog. Obviously then we went to Faribault for the wedding. Good food, okay company. Kinda a low key weekend other than that. Did some training for the big triathlon this weekend. Did the dreaded hilly part of the course twice in a row. I tried to run after that and got about 300 yards before I thought I was gonna collapse. Don't feel completely great about the big race. Sara is bowing out this year. Rumor is she wants to retire as the champ. She claims she slipped on the steps awhile back and cracked her rib and all the training has made it worse. That's about all for us. Be sure to check out the Henne blog for all the miracles of life you can handle. They should've titled it "War & Peace," it was a long one. Liked Wayne's Serial Killer photo as well, good stuff.

Max Has a New Friend

We have to start by saying congratulations to Rachel and Justin. Joseph David Henne was born at 4:27 this morning weighing 7 pound 2 ounces. We went to visit him at the hospital tonight, and he's a keeper. Good job Henne's. With that said, it was a pretty laid back weekend for us. Chad did some training and went his 10 year reunion at Jerseys. Mom and Max got to spend a lot of quality time together playing, walking, napping, and eating.

Monday Monday

Hello All, Monday is down, only 4 more days to go. Nothing much new at the Strehlo house. Did a little Triathlon training on sunday, Max did a little swimming. Sara is already trying to psych me and jeremy out. Claiming she's not ready. I bet she sneaks out of bed at 3 in the morning and goes running. Just had a visit from Pete & Miles. Otis disappointed the family in how big of a wuss he was. Miles did a lot of the chasing. Heres some pics, take care.

Going Going Back Back to Cali Cali

Hello Bloggerville, just got back in from Cali on Friday night. Trip went well, I drove down to Malibu and on Hollywood Blvd. Sam and Max did just fine without me. She went to the Saints game on Thursday night. Sat. we hung out with the Hennes and the sloppiest player in the game. Sunday I prepared for my triathlon, not yet where I want to be, but getting there. We also went to the Larsons and met Bryan's- Maggies boyfriends fam. Hello devoted readers. "Tomten I" is officially in the books. A great time was had by everyone that showed up. Shame on you for those that didn't show up for whatever reason. The day started off with some rain but it stopped around 4-5 and Hosts Wayne & Dell declared, let the rock begin! Great music all night long. The food was amazing too, great work Misgen fam! The Northernmost Pilot set went alright, considering it was our big debut, I think we gained a few fans last night though. I put our songs on Youtube and posted some of Waynes as well, sorry I couldn't get vids for every band. Maybe next year. Wayne was excellent as expected. Okay, here are a few pics, thanks to the Misgen family for a great Tomten, I hope we have another next year.
