Success!!!!!

Hello readers,

Busy weekend again for the Strehlo fam. Friday we went to the Florence and the Machine concert at the MN Zoo. Good concert, didn't end up raining so that was excellent as well. I had my poncho all ready for nothing. Saturday I helped the Henne family move and Sam headed to the Stonearch Festival. Finally of course today was Fathers day and we were busy seeing the fam. Big news of the week. Max has started potty training. He went 4 times on Thursday and has kept it up. He didn't have any #1 accidents all day today. #2 is a little different story. I'll save him embarrasment 10 years down the road by retelling the bath time accident. Needless to say it was funny and gross. On to the pics!

Yep, I'm a big boy!
The New Chair!
The new couch. I must say, much more comfortable to fall asleep on than the love seat.
Florence, she put on a good show. She wore this flowy red dress and twirled around. Not to sound lame, but it looked cool.
Other good thing, the show was sold out.... except for the 4 seats in front of us that went unfilled, lovely.
Cousins!
Grandpa and Martin with the new haircut.
The Strehlo men, Max wasn't cooperating much.
Max on uncle Jerry's new ride. Not uncle Jeremy (Jerry) another uncle Jerry.

Finally the clip of the week. Naturally a clip from Friday's show. First song of the night and what is turning out to be my favorite song of hers. Good stuff.

My Boy Builds Coffins - Florence & The Machine at the MN Zoo. Yep, we were there.

I believe this is Sams favorite song. There are some pretty funny audience commentaries in there. Lots of ladies at the crowd, and let's just say they were not interested in me at all.

Periodico

Hola readers,

been on kinda a blogging kick again, lucky you. Fairly busy weekend for the Strehlo fam. We headed down to Stillwater for a fun filled family day yesterday and then off to Carsons baptism today. Oh- Otis also had a near death experience too. I was petting him the other night and noticed this pinkish "growth "on his ear. After some poking around and consulting with Sam we discovered that yes, it was a ginormous dog tick. Distgusting. I was going to post a pic, but I think i would scare off half the readers, look it up if you are curious. Enough of that fun stuff, on to the pics.

Teddy Bear Park, pretty cool place. Basically one block off the main drag in Stillwater.

Spiderman!
He was running around like a crazy person at the park. We went down by the water and he was ready to pass out.

The baptism crew.
The Godfather.

Clip of the week:

For some reason the tick made me think of this, very underrated movie by the way. Oh Mike Myers, what happened to you?

I need to tell you something

Greeting devoted readers!

Well, I believe this is 2 weeks in a row, lucky you. The title is Maxwell's new phrase. Had some free time since Max decided to pass out at like 6 today. Must've been too much pool time. Nothing too excited going on over here. Sam and Max had a grad party yesterday at Minnehaha Falls, I hear good times were had. Here are some pics below. Enjoy!

Playing with the sprinkler on Friday night. He was pretty fearless considering how cold the water probably was. Trying to get a vid posted.

Hanging out in Minnehaha Falls with Uncle E.
Filling up the pool today.
Otis!!!!!
Wow, those 2 are ridiculously good looking.
Max passed out around 6. You may be saying to yourself, where's the furniture. Well, myself and Papa T broke down the old stuff today (thanks Dad!). New stuff will be coming Thursday.

Video of the week goes to the Temper Trap, kind of U2ish if you ask me.
